These terms are between you and RankHighPro. By creating an account, starting a free trial, or subscribing to any plan, you agree to them. If you're signing up on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to do that.
Watch, Grow, and Pro include a 7-day free trial with a card on file. Cancel within those 7 days and you won't be charged anything. If you don't cancel, billing starts automatically at the end of the trial at the listed monthly price for your plan, and continues monthly until you cancel. Fully Managed By Us has no trial — billing starts right away when you subscribe. All billing runs through Stripe; RankHighPro never stores your full card number.
You can cancel at any time, with no contract and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops future billing — it does not retroactively refund days already paid for outside the 7-day trial window. To cancel, message the RankHighPro team directly from your dashboard and we'll process it.
On Grow, Pro, and Fully Managed By Us, RankHighPro works with one business per type, per local area, as described on the pricing page — once a business holds that spot, we won't sign up a competing business of the same type nearby on any of those plans. Watch is never exclusive and is always available, regardless of who holds the exclusive spot in your area. "Business type" and "local area" are judged in good faith based on what you tell us at signup; if a dispute comes up about whether two businesses actually compete, we'll make the call directly with both parties.
RankHighPro tracks your ranking, flags issues, and helps you fix them — but no one, including us, can guarantee a specific search ranking or result. Google, Apple, and AI platforms change their own systems constantly, for reasons outside our control. We're committed to doing the work described on our pricing page, not to a promised outcome.
To track and report on your listing, we need your Google Business Profile details — business name, location, and category. If you're on Pro and want automatic website fixes applied, you'll connect your WordPress site through a scoped WordPress Application Password, which we store encrypted and use only to apply the specific fixes described in your reports. We never ask for your Google or Apple account password. If you cancel, we stop actively checking your listing; you can ask us to delete your stored data at any time by messaging us from your dashboard.
Affiliate payouts are described on the affiliate page and use the same numbers everywhere. In short: a one-time bounty when your referral signs up, then 20% of what they actually pay every month for as long as they stay subscribed, paid automatically through Stripe Connect. A referral is credited to whichever affiliate's link they clicked first, within 60 days. You can't refer yourself. If a referred customer is refunded after you've been paid, that payout is reviewed and may be reversed. RankHighPro can change the affiliate program's terms going forward; anything you've already earned stands under the terms that applied when you earned it.
RankHighPro is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — like lost profits or lost business — arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms as RankHighPro changes. If we make a material change, we'll notify you by email or in your dashboard. Continuing to use RankHighPro after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
