Privacy Policy

This page explains, in plain language, what information RankHighPro collects, why we collect it, and how it's used. If you have any questions this page doesn't answer, contact us directly — see the bottom of this page.

Who this applies to

RankHighPro ("we," "us," "our") provides local SEO tracking, AI-generated marketing content, and marketing-campaign tools for small businesses ("you," "your business," "customers"). This policy covers information we collect from:

• Business owners who sign up for a RankHighPro subscription (Watch, Grow, or Managed)
• Visitors to rankhighpro.com, including anyone who runs our free audit tool or joins a waitlist
• End customers of our business customers, but only in the narrow, specific way described below

Information we collect directly from you

When you create a RankHighPro account, we collect:

• Your email address (used for login and account communication)
• Your business name, website URL, location, tracked keyword, and business category
• Payment information — this is handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number

If you use our optional features, we also collect what's necessary to run them:

• Third-party connections you choose to make — if you connect your own WordPress site, Twilio account, or Resend account, we store the credentials needed to use them (encrypted, see below). These are your own accounts and your own credentials — we never see, use, or bill against your money without your explicit connection.
• Your own customer contact lists — if you use our text or email marketing tools, you provide names, phone numbers, and/or emails of your own customers. This data is used only to send campaigns you create, through your own connected Twilio/Resend account. We do not use it for any other purpose, and we never share it with other RankHighPro customers or any third party beyond the service (Twilio or Resend) actually sending your message.
• AI Assistant conversations — including any screenshots you choose to upload when asking for help.
• Content you generate or approve — AI-written posts, ad copy, and images created through your dashboard.

Information we collect from Google and other public sources

To track your ranking and audit your Google Business Profile, we retrieve publicly available information about your business — things like your local map pack position, review count, star rating, listed categories, photos, hours, and phone number. This comes from a third-party data provider (DataForSEO) that sources publicly visible search and listing data. We do not access your private Google account through this process.

If you connect your Google Business Profile directly to RankHighPro (a separate, optional feature), we access only what's needed to provide the specific feature you've enabled, using Google's own authorization system — you can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings.

How we use your information

• To provide the core service: rank tracking, technical audits, AI content generation, and reporting
• To send you account emails: login links, scheduled reports, and instant alerts you've signed up for
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To provide support when you contact us or use the AI Assistant
• To improve RankHighPro itself

How we protect sensitive information

Third-party services we use

Running RankHighPro requires working with a small number of trusted service providers, each for a specific purpose:

• Stripe — payment processing
• DataForSEO — public rank and Google Business Profile data
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI content generation and the AI Assistant, including screenshot analysis when you choose to share one
• OpenAI — AI-generated images
• Resend — RankHighPro's own account emails (login links, reports); your own connected Resend account for your email campaigns
• Twilio — your own connected account for text campaigns; our own account only to notify waitlist signups when a spot opens
• Netlify — website hosting, including AI-built websites for customers who use that feature
• Railway — backend hosting and database storage

We do not sell your information to anyone, for any reason.

Cookies and tracking

RankHighPro does not use third-party advertising or retargeting pixels. Your login session is kept using your browser's local storage, not tracking cookies. Our hosting provider (Netlify) may log basic technical information (like IP address and browser type) for security and performance purposes, standard for any website.

Your choices and rights

• You can disconnect any third-party account (WordPress, Twilio, Resend) at any time from your dashboard — this immediately removes the stored credential
• You can delete individual contacts from your marketing contact list at any time
• You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us
• Anyone we've texted or emailed on your behalf can opt out at any time — this is automatic and built into every campaign message

Data retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. AI-generated content you reject is deleted immediately rather than retained. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to keep certain records (like payment history) for legal or accounting purposes.

Children's privacy

RankHighPro is a business tool intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes to how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
